Action Items:	Jim Shick continues to work on the school brochure with the assistance of Louisa Lawrence. The aim is to send a bulk mail out before the January applications. Yvonne received a quote from Llyod F. Mckinney on the proposed new bell system. Two additional quotes were requested. Father Bruce will work on getting quotes to replace the 4th grade class room window.

Old Business:	Father Bruce met with the risk management team from our current insurance carrier who strongly advised against a fireworks booth. The idea has been tabled. There appears to be progress with the morning drop off. Parents are taking advantage of the Crystal Springs parking lot for drop off. Bids are being requested for the new bell system. Yvonne met with Simply uniforms. She has scheduled a uniform shop day at SR for August 6th 2005. The hours will be 8-12 and a 10% discount will be offered. There will be a 25 cent increase in uniform prices next year. Work on the school sport web site continues.
New Business:	Father Bruce continues to evaluate the FACT tuition program. He will research the possibility of bringing the administration of the program in house, to avoid the 10 day cash turn around. Jean Jauregui offered her assistance with this. Ray Fucini, Father Bruce and Yvonne Olcomendy will meet with Linda Cuddy to discuss ways they can provide assistance to her and the SCRIP program. Father Bruce continues to research the possibility of obtaining a booth at Pac Bell Park. This would be a major fund raiser for the parish. Yvonne recently received the California Junior Scholarship Federation. This academic award will be available to 7th and 8th graders who have received twenty-four points in a semester. An A grade earns 3 points and a B earns 1 point.
