Guest Issues:
|
- A parent inquired about the possibility
of parents being given advance notice of
detention to avoid missing or being late for
appointments directly after school. Mrs. Bordin
addressed the issue explaining that she will
accommodate any scheduled appointments but
detention will remain the same. Accommodating
student schedules for detention is not possible
with the existing resources available.
- Gina Herrera wrote in inquiring if her
employer contribution to the school could be
included in her scrip totals. Mrs. Bordin was
unsure if this was possible but will take the
matter up with Father Ring.

Old Business:
|
- Mrs. Bordin contacted the uniform
supplier who confirmed the contract date for the
sweatshirts would expire in 2005.
- A further update on the fireworks
fundraiser is needed.
- The installation of the new play
structure is complete and the students from K
through 2nd are enjoying the results.
- There will be two openings on the school
board for the upcoming May elections. The board
continues to recruit interested
candidates.
