Action Items:	The board discussed the possibility of setting up a school mascot store. Mrs. Bordin will pitch the idea to the Athletic Board. John Marty will work with Father Ring & the athletic board to set up a fireworks fundraiser this year. Mrs. Bordin will send out a letter, notifying parents about the Facts Management Tuition that will be implemented with 2004-2005 registrations. Parents are invited to attend the April 22nd School Board meeting with any concerns or questions they may have. There will be two openings on the board for upcoming May elections. Board members were asked to start recruiting interested candidates.

Old Business:	Jim Shick continues to work on the school brochure. Mrs. Bordin will contact the uniform supplier to confirm the contract dates of the school sweatshirt. If the contract date is expiring within the next year we can move forward with the embroidered school logo. Mrs. Bordin & John Grealish continues to work on the school budget. The budget factors were released from the Archdiocese. They expect to have a prelim budget available mid March.

New Business:	The play structure will be installed the week of march 1st. The ground surface will take two weeks to pour and cure leaving us with a completion date of late March. The total cost of the new structure is $41,000 with a breakdown as follows: $17,000 - Structure $17,000 - Surface $7,000 - installation The structure will be available to grades K through 2nd.
