Action Items:
|
- Mrs. Bordin will contact school
principals who are currently using the FACT s
Tuition Management for feedback on the
product.
- John Compton will research Quarke X
Press. This is the software used by the
Burlingame printing company that is recommended
for the new school brochure.
- Jim Shick will contact three foundations
he researched on line to request funding for the
new play structure. He also plans to contact the
Bay Area Hall Of Fame for funding for sports
equipment.

Guest Issues:
|
- Dennis gave an informative session on the
FACT Tuition Management. He summarized how the
program worked & answered questions from the
board.
- Alicia Garcia showed samples of
sweatshirts, zip up sweatshirts & sports
shirts. She recommends that the school to move
away from silk screening to embroidered
sweatshirts, which are better quality & more
presentable. The board asked her to provide
pricing.

Old Business:
|
- The Board reviewed the information
provided by John Grealish on homework websites.
It was agreed that the websites would be extra
work for the teachers. The board decided to
table to idea for now.
- Maureen Wallace has passed the school
brochure project on to John Compton. Assistance
is still needed with this project.

- Changing the school sweatshirt &
introducing a zip up sweatshirt.
