Action Items:	Mrs. Bordin has requested that a new handrail be installed down the middle of the front entrance steps of the school, following a recent injury there. Tracy Wallace will include this with the middle yard project. John Compton will research the dates and deadlines for handing in the 40 hour requirement sheets. Parents have requested more flexibility with the dates. Terri Murray suggested implementing a process where parents can submit their hours via the web site.

Guest Issues:	The school policy on war. Mrs Firpo addressed this issue saying that the school policy would be to keep the spirits of the students up.

Old Business:	The new schedule for sports probation will be implemented with the January 31st report cards. Mrs. Bordin will issue an addendum to the school handbook outlining the change. Dave Harders has completed the signs (10 total) for the parking lot. He plans to make them available to helpers on Tuesday morning, 21st. The new handrail in the middle yard is in process.
