- Donna Mc Guigan wrote in with a few
suggestions to lighten the weight of the
backpacks. She also included an article from "
Your Childs Health". Mrs. Bordin stated that the
majority of the students are dropped off and
picked up by car each day. A short- term
solution to the problem would be two trips to
the car. Although book publishers are working on
making books lighter etc, it will be several
years before they are available.
- Barbara Mitchell wrote in requesting that
the 8th grade parents get reserved front seats
at the Dinner/Dance Auction. This was not
considered a school board issue. and will be
forwarded on to Patty Ciraulo at the Women's
Guild.
