Old Business:
|
- Members of the school board met off site
on 9/12/2002 to discuss and get a clear
understanding of their school board
responsibilities.

.

|
New Business:
|
- Mrs Bordin clarified for the board that
the school cap is 35 children per class. The
pastor has the authority to increase that number
due to special circumstances.
- Grades1-2 now have recess the last 15
minutes of the school day. The teacher's are
trying this time frame to avoid breaking the
attention span.
- Mrs. Bordin will allow rolling backpacks
to children who provide a doctors note. These
children will have to leave the school through a
separate exit from the rest of the school and be
met by parent or guardian.
- First aid kits for yard duty have
arrived. They are available at the
office.
- The durability of the boy's slacks was
discussed. Mrs Bordin advised that the first
step to changing the school uniform is a parent
survey.
