Dear Parishioners,

There are so many people to thank for making our Lenten and Easter celebrations so special. The Liturgy Committee for the wonderful decorations and all the planning that went into the Liturgies...the men of the Parish who changed the lights in the Church to help brighten our environment... the youth ministers and the youth of the Parish who worked so hard on the Passion Play (it was even shown on the ABC evening news along with the celebrations from the Vatican and Jerusalem!)...to the members of the choirs who worked so hard to lead us in prayerful song...to the Children’s Liturgy team who hosted over 120 children during the Liturgy on Good Friday...the members of the RCIA team who helped prepare five adults for Baptism, two for the Profession of Faith and fifteen for Confirmation and Eucharist...our priests, deacons, sisters and parish staff for the many hours of preparation...to all the parishioners who contributed to the purchase of flowers... and to all of you for your generosity in the collection which makes possible the running of our Parish. Thank you to anyone who helped in any way to make our celebration of the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ a wonderful spiritual experience. During the coming days, let us pray for the coming of the Spirit at Pentecost upon all of us and upon the Church throughout the world.

The Annual Appeal continues. Any money we receive above our assessment of $69,000 will go to the completion of our Sanctuary renovation - the last remaining task is to put small windows in the wall to the right and left of the marble so that we can have natural light in the altar area.

Sincerely,
Fr. Ring
