PARISH BULLETIN
September 2, 2007
Twenty-Second Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Parishioners,

Welcome back from summer vacation. As we begin a new school year we are also starting a new session of RCIA.

RCIA is the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. This invitation is for anyone over 18 who have not been fully initiated in the Catholic Church to receive their sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and/or First Eucharist. We also welcome those who were baptized in another faith and would like to join or find out more information about the Catholic Church. Please pass on this invitation to anyone you know who might like to join us.

A special invitation is also extended to parents of our school or CCD program. If your children are preparing to receive their sacraments and you have not received yours, please consider joining us.

We will be having an Open House on Thursday, September 13th, at 7pm in the Convent Chapel. Please use the side entrance at 349 Oak Ave so as not disturb the sisters. Please come with family or friend to meet the team and some alumni from prior years.

If you are unable to attend and are still interested in our program, please call and make an appointment to meet with me. Maybe an alternative plan can be worked out.

Anticipating another great year,
-- Deacon Rusty Duffey
