Campaign passes halfway mark - from
just 94 families!
As the result of our initial Volunteer Report meeting and
other gifts received during the past week, the "Building
for a New Century" campaign has reached $515,000 in pledges
from just 94 families
we are over halfway to our
goal! This is an outstanding start and indicates the
tremendous support which is so representative of our worship
family. As we begin to reach out to all, we encourage you to
respond generously.

This week, many of you will be receiving the
campaign brochure and a letter from Fr. Ring. Please take
the time to read through the materials, and then prayerfully
consider the meaning of St. Robert's in your own life. In
the coming weeks, a fellow parishioner will be contacting
you. Please accept this volunteer into your home on behalf
of the "Building for a New Century" effort -
together, we will exceed our goal!
Questions & Answers
Q.
|
Who is being asked to contribute?
|
A.
|
Our goal is to give every member of St.
Robert's the opportunity to participate. The
campaign began in late January, and parishioners
will be approached for commitments during the
balance of February and March. We are striving
for 100% participation.

Q.
|
How have the gift request amounts been
determined?
|
A.
|
In general, the gift request amounts are related
to one's past financial support of our church. It
is important to keep in mind, also, that the
request is simply that - a request. Your
actual gift amount is a very personal matter. Of
course, all gifts - regardless of amount - are
gratefully appreciated, acknowledged, and
confidential.

Q.
|
Are gifts of stock accepted?
|
A.
|
Yes. Making a stock gift is a common and simple
procedure. If you would like to make a gift of
stock, please tell the volunteer who has contacted
you and he or she can notify the campaign office in
order to begin the process.
